Another Monday, another round of “The Beauty of the Grand Rapids Griffins”. On these segments, our host, Elaine Shircliff, discusses a few things that she found beautiful surrounding the Griffins. On this week’s episode I dive into the beauty of how defenseman Erik Gustafsson handled his daughter’s Celiacs diagnosis and dive into my own experience with having a gluten allergy, which is different than Celiacs but the diet and some of the symptoms are similar.
